ACFA Panel® is a lightweight insulated interlocking sandwich wall panel using two facings of fiber cement sheet with a cementitious core incorporating lightweight aggregates and non–toxic fire-rated eps bead. Once the wall panels are erected the surface is finished and does not require further work.
ACFA Wall Panel offers a solid masonry feel, in fact, this is a very basic requirement for all Interior / Exterior Wall construction in the Middle Eastern markets where down through the ages people have related thick masonry to coolness and physical protection. Panels 100/150mm thick once erected give a similar appearance and feel as solid brick/block work. ACFA Panel® is a reliable solution for all kinds of Non-Load Bearing Fire Rated Exterior-Walls as well as for temporary/relocatable Pre-Fabricated Structures. ACFA Wall Panel® panels are delivered to the site ready for installation. Once installed, the panels are ready-to-use or to finish with any desired decorative treatment. ACFA Wall panels are erected using a simple and speedy assembly system. Panels are tongue and groove joints, simply sliding between the top and bottom steel or aluminum sections and then locking them together. Panel edges are recessed, allowing vertical joints to be taped, set, and sanded flat.
